Our story

Six years of documented content SEO.

ProContentSEO started in 2018 out of frustration with seeing sites with excellent content that could not rank, while mediocre sites with low-quality backlinks occupied the top positions. The answer was not to build more links but to understand what Google was actually rewarding: topical depth, real experience, and content structure.

Over six years we have worked with more than 40 Italian businesses across different sectors: B2B SaaS, legal services, e-commerce, digital agencies, artisan producers. Each project taught us something different about how content-led SEO works in practice, not in theory.

What differentiates us is not a secret technique. It is the way we document work. Every action is logged. Every recommendation has a written rationale. Every report opens with traffic and conversions, not ranking tables. You can verify everything we do.

How we work

Specialists, not generalists.

The ProContentSEO team consists of SEO specialists with specific expertise: those who work on content architecture, those who work on editorial link building, those who work on structured data and technical SEO applied to content. We do not assign a generic account manager to your project and then delegate everything to a junior.

Each project is managed by the person with the most appropriate expertise for that type of work. If you have a keyword cannibalisation problem, the person who understands the issue in detail works on it. If you need editorial links in a specific vertical sector, they are acquired by the person with the right relationships in that sector.

We communicate directly and in writing. No weekly phone calls without an agenda. No 40-page reports you do not have time to read. Clear documentation, timely updates, replies within 1 business day.

Who we are not the right fit for.

We prefer to be clear before you purchase. ProContentSEO is not a good fit for those who expect guaranteed fast results in 30 days, who want rankings without modifying or improving their content, who have a site with fewer than 10 pages and zero organic presence (in that case, start with structure, not SEO), or who are not willing to provide access to the necessary tools (Search Console, Analytics).

We are a good fit for those who want to understand exactly what is happening to their organic traffic and why, who are willing to work with a team rather than delegate and disappear, and who value the documentation and traceability of work as much as the numerical results.
