All ProContentSEO services are delivered exclusively in digital format: no physical product is shipped. Delivery occurs via email, shared links (Google Docs, Google Drive, Notion, or similar), or through direct access to the client's tools. No shipping costs apply.
Every project is started within 1-2 business days of confirmed payment. You will receive a project start confirmation email with: the name of your project contact, a summary of the purchased service, the credentials required (if any), and a link to the shared project document or tracker.
Note: Timelines are calculated in business days (Monday-Friday, excluding Italian public holidays). Non-business days include: New Year's Day, Epiphany, Easter Monday, Liberation Day (25 Apr), Labour Day (1 May), Republic Day (2 Jun), Ferragosto (15 Aug), All Saints' Day (1 Nov), Immaculate Conception (8 Dec), Christmas (25 Dec), St. Stephen's Day (26 Dec), and the local patron saint's day.
Start: within 2 business days of payment (provided Google Search Console access has been granted). Full audit document delivery: 4-5 business days from start. The document is delivered in PDF format and shared Google Doc. The client receives one included revision within 5 days of delivery if any unclear or missing elements are identified.
First cycle start: within 3 business days. The first link of the monthly cycle is delivered within 15 business days of start. Subsequent links are delivered distributed throughout the month. Each link is documented with: URL of the published page, domain metrics at publication (DR, estimated organic traffic), anchor text, and publication date. The consolidated monthly report is sent by the 5th of the following month.
Start: within 2 business days. Delivery: 7-10 business days. The deliverable includes: complete topic cluster map, primary and secondary keyword list for each page, internal link structure schema, and editorial guidelines for each content type. Format: Google Doc + spreadsheet with URL and keyword list.
Start: within 2 business days. First set of optimisations delivered within 10 business days. For subsequent monthly cycles, the optimisation set is delivered by the 15th of the month. Each optimisation includes: URL of the modified page, log of all changes made, before and after (text snippets, meta tags, structured data), and developer implementation notes if required.
Start: within 3 business days. Monthly delivery: signals produced in each cycle are documented in the monthly report sent by the 5th of the following month. The type and number of signals depends on the plan and is detailed in the project proposal.
Start: within 2 business days. Delivery: 5-7 business days. The deliverable includes: list of identified content gaps, competitor content analysis for each gap, prioritised keyword list per gap, and editorial recommendations. Format: Google Doc + spreadsheet with ranking data.
Support hours are delivered via Google Meet, Zoom or email, according to the client's preference. Sessions are booked via Calendly or email coordination within 5 business days of purchase. A written session summary is sent within 24 hours of the call ending. Unused support hours expire 60 days after purchase and are non-refundable.
The timelines stated assume that the client provides all required access and information promptly. If required access (Search Console, Analytics, CMS) is not provided within 5 business days of the request, timelines shift proportionally. ProContentSEO communicates promptly by email any expected delay against the stated timelines.
All deliverables are sent to the email address provided at checkout. Links to shared documents are sent by email and remain accessible for at least 12 months from the delivery date. On request, documents can be delivered in Word (.docx), PDF, or as shared Google files. ProContentSEO does not have access to client management systems without explicit written authorisation.
If you have not received the expected deliverable within the stated time, contact info@procontentseo.com with subject "Missed delivery - [Service Name]". We respond within 1 business day. If the delay is attributable to ProContentSEO, the partial or full refund conditions described in the Refund Policy will apply.
Pursuant to Italian Legislative Decree 170/2021 (implementing EU Directive 2019/770 on digital content and service supply), ProContentSEO guarantees that the digital content provided conforms to what is described in the service proposal accepted by the client. In case of non-conformity, the client has the right to resolution or correction, according to the Refund Policy conditions.
