ProContentSEO provides professional digital services. Our refund policy is designed to be fair to both parties: it protects the customer from undelivered work and protects ProContentSEO from work already completed and documented. This policy is written in compliance with Italian Legislative Decree 206/2005 (Italian Consumer Code) and EU Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights.
Customers purchasing as private consumers (non-professionals) have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days of the purchase date, without providing any reason, in accordance with Italian Consumer Code art. 52.
Important exception: If the customer expressly requests that the service begins before the 14-day period expires and work is started, the right of withdrawal lapses proportionally to the work already completed at the time the withdrawal is communicated. In this case, art. 59(1)(a) of the Italian Consumer Code applies for digital content whose supply has begun with the consumer's agreement.
For purchases made by legal entities, freelancers, sole traders, or any entity acting in the course of their commercial or professional activity, the 14-day B2C right of withdrawal does not apply. Refund conditions are those specified in sections 4 and 5 of this policy.
You are entitled to a full refund of the amount paid in the following circumstances:
In case of cancellation of an active monthly service, a partial refund is calculated based on the percentage of work completed in the current monthly cycle at the time the cancellation is communicated. The percentage is determined by the work documentation recorded in the project log.
Example: If a monthly service at €247.90 is cancelled mid-cycle (50% complete and documented), the refund is €123.95. Support hours already delivered are non-refundable.

To request a refund, send an email to info@procontentseo.com with subject "Refund request - [Order Number]". Include your full name, the email address used for purchase, the Stripe order number (available in the payment receipt), the service purchased, and the reason for the request.
We respond to all refund requests within 3 business days. Approved refunds are processed within 5-10 business days of the approval date through the same original payment method (Stripe). Credit timelines depend on the client's banking network (generally 5-10 banking business days).
Many ProContentSEO services require access to client tools (Google Search Console, Google Analytics, website). If the client fails to provide requested access within 10 business days of payment and work cannot proceed, ProContentSEO reserves the right to retain an administrative fee of 15% of the amount paid to cover setup costs, with refund of the remaining 85%.
In case of disputes not resolved through direct communication, Italian and European consumers can use the European Commission's ODR (Online Dispute Resolution) platform accessible at: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. You can also contact accredited ADR bodies in Italy.
For B2C clients residing in Italy, any dispute not resolved through ADR will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Court of Naples. For B2B clients, the exclusive jurisdiction is the Court of Naples. For international clients, Italian law applies.
